Customer Success manager

• Manage customer satisfaction, service adoption, and contract renewals
• Drive Microsoft 365 and Azure customer adoption to maximize service utilization and business outcomes
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Finance teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Identify service delivery issues and risks, and work with internal stakeholders to resolve them proactively

 

Job Requirements

 

 

• At least Associate Degree 
• Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• High attention to detail with proven ability to accurately manage customer data, service performance metrics, and action items.
• Excellent organizational and execution skills, with the ability to track multiple priorities and deliver on commitments.
• Preferrable to be fluent in English
