Creator Success Senior Associate

The role

A small group of top creators drives most of BukuAgen's and BukuPay's affiliate sales. Those relationships are managed reactively today, and some of our best creators are drifting to competitors because the support around them is heavy and slow. They stay for the earnings and leave for the stress. You change that. Creators graduate into your book once the acquisition team has grown them to the top tier, and from there you own the relationship: keep them active, get their problems solved fast, rebuild trust where it has slipped, and grow their sales output.

This is a success role, closest to Customer Success in a SaaS business, with a commercial edge. You are measured on whether top creators stay and on the sales they drive. A dedicated admin layer handles the day-to-day issue triage, so you own the relationship, the hard escalations, and the growth. BukuAgen is our EDC MiniATM; BukuPay is our QR Soundbox for everyday merchant payments.

What You'll Own

• The health of the top creators across both products. Know each one's status before they tell you, and act on a slide early.
• Their sales output. Grow what each top creator drives, month on month.
• Escalation and advocacy. Triage runs through the admin layer; you own the hard cases and drive them to a fix across CS, product, and ops, and you close what top creators need [branding, tools, terms] before a competitor does.
• The graduation hand-off. Take on creators as they reach the top tier and keep them there.

What Success Looks Like

First 90 days: By day 90:

• Every top creator across both products mapped with a health status and a named owner for each open issue.
• A working escalation loop with CS, product, and ops, with resolution time trending down.
• At least one at-risk top creator stabilized and re-engaged.

By year-end: By year-end:

• Top creators retained an active month on month, with no silent churn to competitors.
• Top-creator sales output up on where it started the year.
• Issue-resolution time down to a level creators trust.

What You'll Bring

The first three are non-negotiable. We are hiring someone who keeps high-value relationships alive, growing, and gets things fixed.

Must-have

• Owned high-value client or partner relationships and kept them growing, with real retention or revenue results. Customer Success, Key Account Management, or partnerships background.
• A track record of getting things fixed inside a company for your accounts. You pull CS, product, and ops toward a resolution and make it stick.
• At ease in the field. You build trust with people face to face and read when a relationship is starting to slide.
• Numerate enough to track health, retention, sales, and resolution time, and act on the trend.

Nice to have

• Experience with influencer, KOL, or affiliate programs.
• Background in a marketplace or platform business managing a base of partners.
