  • Drive Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand and diversify services within existing accounts, driving add-on sales and revenue.
  • Bridge the Gap: Work closely with service providers and crews to champion the client’s needs and ensure expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Lead with Excellence: Execute core company policies and service-level agreements to ensure operational efficiency and seamless service delivery.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are...

  • A Relationship Builder: You genuinely love connecting with people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and creating long-term trust.
  • A Resilient Self-Starter: You trust your instincts, welcome new challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • A Proactive Problem Solver: You think on your feet, anticipate client needs before they arise, and aren't afraid to speak up to make process improvements.
  • Tech-Savvy & Organized: You easily manage multiple moving parts, keep detailed records, and leverage modern CRM tools efficiently.
