Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) - DACH (fluent german required)

Your mission

Role

As a Customer Success Manager at PTV Logistics, you will play a vital role in implementing and delivering our strategic customer success programs for key accounts. Working closely with the Customer Success Team Manager, you ensure that our solutions are successfully adopted and deliver lasting value for our most important customers. Your area of responsibility spans:

• You act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned strategic accounts and build strong relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations.
• You regularly conduct strategic customer success programs - including CS Intro, Business Reviews, and Success Plans - and tailor them to the specific needs of your customers.
• You proactively identify customer needs and challenges, lead workshops and training sessions both remotely and on-site, and track relevant KPIs and success metrics.
• You work closely with the Product team to bring in customer feedback and jointly shape existing and future solutions.
• You develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts and act as project manager on customer-specific projects and analyses.
• You document best practices and customer success stories, actively contributing to knowledge-sharing across the Customer Success team.

Your profile

• You are analytically strong and able to assess complex customer processes as well as the different solutions within the PTV Logistics portfolio.
• You bring a commercial mindset and take ownership of the ARR development of your customers.
• You are a self-starter with a confident presence in front of customers and a strong sense for practical, business-minded solutions.
• You keep an overview even in complex situations, spot bottlenecks and opportunities early, and derive the right actions in a structured way.
• You communicate clearly and convincingly, both internally and externally, and manage expectations professionally.
• You possess excellent English & German language skills, both written and spoken
• You are a team player, ideally bring prior experience in a similar role, and demonstrate maturity in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
