About 1Logtech
1Logtech offers an AI-driven, no-code Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) designed for transportation and logistics. Its platform enables shippers, 3PLs, carriers, and logistics professionals to connect TMSs, ERPs, WMSs, and other systems using EDI or APIs without writing code. It also provides workflow automation, business intelligence, and real-time compliance notifications
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, customer-facing Customer Success Implementation Specialist/Project Manager to help onboard customers, manage implementation projects, and support successful use of the 1Logtech platform.
This is not a software developer role. However, the right person must be comfortable with technology, Excel, data, transportation workflows, and working with both business users and technical teams.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, TMS operations, implementation, customer success, project coordination, or a related field. Experience as a user of a commercial TMS is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers during onboarding, implementation, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Manage multiple customer implementation projects at the same time.
- Build and maintain project plans, action-item lists, timelines, status updates, and open issue trackers.
- Track project hours, scope, milestones, risks, follow-ups, and customer commitments.
- Participate in and help lead customer implementation calls and internal project reviews.
- Translate customer business requirements into clear implementation tasks.
- Support transportation workflows involving truckload, LTL, shipment status, carrier communication, and related integrations.
- Help customers test and validate workflows in the 1Logtech platform.
- Work with internal product, implementation, and technical teams to resolve issues and move projects forward.
- Document requirements, meeting notes, project updates, testing results, and support items.
- Help customers adopt platform capabilities, including AI-assisted features related to data mapping, anomaly detection, and transportation workflow improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, customer success, implementation, operations, or project coordination.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to create project plans, track action items, follow up on open issues, and communicate status clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping customers and internal teams aligned.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
- Comfortable learning new software and working with technology.
- Strong written communication skills, including customer follow-ups, meeting notes, and status updates.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management training or certification, such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
- Experience using a commercial Transportation Management System
- Experience working with shippers, 3PLs, brokers, carriers, or logistics service providers.
- Familiarity with transportation concepts such as tenders, shipment status, PRO numbers, 5carrier updates, EDI, APIs, or integrations.
- Interest in how AI can improve transportation workflows, data mapping, anomaly detection, customer onboarding, and supply chain software implementation.
Work Location
This is an on-site position in Meriden Connecticut.
