We're looking for an energetic, organized, people-focused Account Manager who enjoys building relationships and helping customers succeed.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in sales, customer success, or business development.

No Drone Experience Required. We'll Teach You The Industry.

What You'll DoYou'll become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers after the sale.

Responsibilities include:

• Build strong relationships with customers
• Conduct onboarding calls with new customers
• Answer customer questions and coordinate solutions
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Technical Support
• Ensure customers have everything needed for success
• Schedule follow-up calls and check-ins
• Track customer activity using CRM software
• Coordinate product deliveries and training
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services
• Help renew and grow existing customer relationships
• Resolve issues before they become problems
• Become a trusted advisor for your accounts
