About Kwikly
Kwikly is a technology-driven dental staffing company connecting vetted dental professionals with practices across the country. We've built the largest network of its kind and we're growing fast. Offices have options — the relationships our account managers hold are a real part of why they stay with us.
The role
You own a book of dental office clients, and you're measured on whether they stay and whether they grow.
Day-to-day staffing requests are handled by our support team. Your job sits above that: knowing your accounts well enough to see churn coming before it happens, understanding what each practice is actually trying to solve, and turning a working relationship into the default one. When an account's booking volume drops, you know why and you're already on it. When a practice adds a location or a new role, you're the reason it comes to us.
The relationship is the product here. Practice owners and office managers are busy, skeptical of vendors, and quick to notice who actually shows up. The people who do this job well build trust that outlasts any individual bad shift.
What you'll do
- Own retention, churn prevention, and expansion across a portfolio of dental practices and DSO locations
- Build durable relationships with practice owners, office managers, and DSO operations leaders
- Onboard new offices and drive early adoption — the first few weeks set the trajectory of the account
- Monitor account health continuously: booking trends, fill rates, spend, usage patterns, and the early signals that a client is drifting
- Run structured check-ins and business reviews with data in hand, framed around the practice's outcomes rather than our metrics
- Identify and close expansion: additional locations, additional roles, higher-frequency booking
- Coordinate internally with support, talent, and market managers so what you promise gets delivered
- Keep the CRM current so account health and pipeline are visible across the team
- Bring patterns back to the business you'll see what's working and what isn't before anyone else does
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in account management, customer success, or client-facing sales
- A track record of retaining and growing a book of business, with numbers you can speak to
- Genuine commercial instinct — you can spot an expansion opportunity and ask for it without it feeling like a pitch
- Credibility with business owners; you can hold a conversation about someone's practice economics, not just their staffing orders
- Comfort with data — you can pull a report, read it, and turn it into a recommendation a practice owner cares about
- Proactive by default; you don't wait for a client to raise a problem
- Ability to manage a large portfolio without letting the quiet accounts go quiet
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-growing business
