This is a hybrid role based near our Hudson, WI office, with an expectation to be onsite approximately two days per week and travel as needed to support customer and internal business needs. Candidates in the Hudson, WI / Minneapolis–St. Paul market are strongly preferred.

What You Will Do
- Establish and execute global account strategies that align customer priorities, service expectations, profitability goals, and long-term value creation objectives.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders while serving as a strategic commercial partner.
- Identify and advance growth opportunities within existing accounts through collaboration with business development, sales, engineering, operations, finance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Lead strategic commercial negotiations, pricing initiatives, renewal strategies, and value-based proposals that support profitable, sustainable growth.
- Manage complex global accounts spanning multiple customer locations, manufacturing sites, and business units while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational alignment.
- Develop and leverage market, industry, and customer insights to identify trends, inform account strategies, and create competitive advantages.
- Evaluate the strategic and economic value of opportunities, partnering with leadership to support investment decisions and customer growth plans.
- Expand relationships across customer organizations and internal stakeholders to maximize the value of the existing book of business and drive long-term profitable growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in global account management
- Experience working with market trends and customer needs
- Seven (7) or more years of senior account management, strategic account management, business development, or commercial experience managing large, complex accounts across multiple customer locations, manufacturing sites, or business units.
- Experience in technology, electronics, interconnect, cable assembly, integrated electronics, or complex contract manufacturing environments.
- People leadership experience, including direct supervision, team leadership, or demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence.
- Experience working within a CDMO, contract manufacturing, or outsourced design/manufacturing environment in the Medical Device Industry.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior-level or executive customer stakeholders in complex commercial environments.
