  • Assess change impacts, adoption risks, and business readiness, implementing mitigation actions where needed.
  • Partner with programme workstreams and stakeholders to embed change activities into delivery plans.
  • Provide hands-on support for initiatives with the highest complexity, business impact, or adoption risk.
  • Identify and manage change risks early, ensuring appropriate support and engagement mechanisms are in place.
  • Track adoption and readiness metrics, building evidence that programme benefits will be realised.

  • Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and user adoption to maximise business value from Data & AI investments.

The skills you'll need:

  • Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of change impacts related to AI, automation, trust, and data usage.
  • Ability to prioritise change activity based on business impact, adoption risk, and benefits realisation.
  • Skilled in developing practical change plans, adoption strategies, and readiness assessments.
  • Data-driven approach, using feedback and adoption metrics to inform decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work through change networks, business owners, and champions to drive adoption.
  • Inclusive and user-focused approach to supporting organisational change.
  • Experience in global organisations; engineering, architecture, or construction sector exposure.
  • Change management qualification or equivalent practical experience desirable.
