Roles & Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility will be to manage the engagement.
• Meeting with client executives and program managers to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer escalations and work with TCS teams to resolve any issues on service front.
• On the internal side, be responsible for the engagement P&L and align to perform as per the group goals.
• Will need to set up the initial account governance framework , stabilizing the relationship and build the customer trust and confidence.
• Will be responsible to work with various service lines and business units to deliver the scope of work and present new offerings to customer based on their business priorities.
• Will be required to work with the Client Partner for pursuing business opportunities and position TCS as the strategic partner.

Salary Range-$140,000-$175,000 a year
