The Remote Customer Success Manager supports customers throughout their experience by coordinating onboarding, responding to questions, monitoring open requests, and helping customers effectively navigate available services. • Support customer onboarding and ongoing customer engagement.

• Communicate with customers regarding routine needs and questions.

• Coordinate follow-up activities for customer requests.

• Monitor open customer questions and outstanding actions.

• Provide clear guidance using approved resources.

• Escalate complex customer matters to the appropriate team.
