Manager, Deployment Strategy
Indexed description
We’re building in a category that matters deeply to finance teams and becomes more strategic as companies scale. That means we care a lot about speed, quality, ownership, and working closely with customers to deliver real value.
About The Role
We’re hiring a Manager, Deployment Strategy to lead customers through one of the most important phases of their journey with Atlar.
This is a customer-facing role at the intersection of deployment, customer success, and commercial execution. You’ll work closely with finance and treasury teams to get them live successfully, help them realize value early, and set the foundation for a strong long-term partnership.
This is not a traditional project management role, and it is not generic relationship management. You will be responsible for translating customer goals into a clear deployment strategy, driving momentum across stakeholders, and making sure customers adopt Atlar in a way that leads to meaningful business impact.
The best people in this role combine structured execution with strong customer judgment. They understand how to create trust quickly, drive progress without unnecessary process, and keep the focus on outcomes that matter.
What You’ll Do
- Own the deployment journey for a portfolio of customers, from technical readiness through go-live and value realization
- Build a clear strategy for each deployment based on customer goals, priorities, and operating realities
- Drive alignment across customer stakeholders and internal teams to maintain momentum and remove blockers
- Help customers adopt Atlar in a way that supports strong activation, confidence, and long-term product usage
- Lead customers through complex rollouts with pace, structure, and a high standard of execution
- Act as a trusted partner to finance and treasury teams, helping them turn a deployment into real operational value
- Identify risks early, manage them proactively, and keep the customer journey on track
- Surface opportunities to deepen the relationship over time as customers expand their use of Atlar
- Feed customer insight back into product and go-to-market teams to improve how we deliver and scale
- Minimum of 3-5 years in high-performance environments like management consulting or a fast-growth start-up, where clear thinking, fast execution, and accountability to outcomes were non-negotiable. Or perhaps, you have previously been a CS leader and are now looking to bring your expertise to others.
- A sharp, structured way of thinking and a strong bias toward action
- Confidence working with demanding stakeholders and earning trust with senior finance teams
- The ability to connect execution with customer value and commercial outcomes
- Strong communication skills in English
- High ownership, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment
- A genuine interest in helping customers succeed with products that are operationally important
- Experience working with finance, treasury, payments, or banking-related products
- Experience managing strategic or operationally complex customer deployments
- Familiarity with adoption, change management, or value realization in B2B software
- Experience in an early-stage or high-growth company
