The Mission
- Strategic Partnership: You aren't just troubleshooting; you are ensuring our clients, from local road owners to national road authorities and major contractors, extract maximum value from our AI.
- International Impact: With active deployments across Europe, you will be the key person ensuring our technology scales successfully within diverse international markets.
- Technical Excellence: Work alongside a team of 40 world-class scientists, engineers and business builders in our bright headquarters in Stockholm.
- Established yet Agile: Founded in 2015, we have the stability of an established firm with the soul and speed of a startup.
Your role:

- Coordinate the rollout of hardware and software together with our deployment and support team, ensuring seamless implementation and high-quality data collection.
- Serve as a technical and strategic advisor to our clients, helping them interpret AI-driven insights to improve their own business outcomes.
- Be the customer's single point of contact when issues arise, driving them to resolution together with support and engineering teams.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, working with our engineering and product teams to influence the roadmap based on real-world feedback.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding our reach within existing accounts to fuel Univrses’ ambitious growth plans.
- Relationship Driven: You enjoy building deep, trust-based relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- The "Problem Solver": You thrive on solving complex problems. You don't just answer questions; you build scalable processes that improve the overall customer experience.
- Entrepreneurial Grit: You take full ownership of challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your input directly shapes the company's trajectory.
- Bilingual: Professional fluency in Swedish and English is required, other Nordic and European languages are a plus.
- Experience: Proven track record in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support within a SaaS or Deep Tech environment.
- Execution Power: Ability to streamline complex processes and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
- Willingness to Travel: You are excited to be in the field, attending international conferences, visiting new markets, and meeting clients and stakeholders across Europe and beyond.
- Background in road management, urban planning, or technical contractor services.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- Exposure to hardware rollouts or field deployments.
- AI-tool literacy — using AI to speed up your own workflows and problem-solving.
- Driving license
- Responsibility: Become a true stakeholder in a small team where your work actually matters.
- Professional Evolution: We don't just stay local; you’ll head to major global conferences every year to stay at the cutting edge of AI and tech applied to our domain. You will be working on exciting projects involving game-changing technology with an opportunity to improve the world through autonomy and intelligence
- The "Work-Life" Blend: Enjoy flexible work hours and a culture that values output over "desk time". Working overtime is a rare occurrence — something you don’t find in many tech startups.
- Upsides: A secure Pension Plan and Wellness activities for up to 5 000 SEK per year paid by the company.
- The Univrses Culture:
- Monday Momentum: Kick off the week with team breakfast.
