Account Manager (Global Benefits Management)

Description

Responsibilities:

• Follow and ensure services delivery following H&B APAC Target Operating Model standard process.
• Manage and allocate resources and workflow and deliver profitability
• Be the client relationship manager for key accounts
• Be responsible for day-to-day client interaction and follow ups to support the client relationship and ensure a smooth client journey during and beyond the placement cycle.
• Work closely with Client Relationships Director to resolve issues specific to the area of focus and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to clients.
• Establish an environment that promotes WTW Values and adheres to the Policies and Guidelines
• Other tasks assigned by the Company

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent relationship management skills
• High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability
• Proactive and detail-oriented with good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Accreditation or demonstrated knowledge of change management, process improvement, quality management or KPIs.
• Understanding or experience of working in partnership with other support functions
• Good working knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong experience with applicant tracking systems
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s level degree, business or related field preferred
