We are seeking a skilled pharmacy procurement professional to join our team as a Trulla Account Manager. In this role, you will lead client implementations, build lasting relationships, and act as the trusted partner ensuring each client’s ongoing success. You will guide health systems through onboarding, manage system integrations, and support the full software development lifecycle to deliver measurable value through Trulla’s pharmacy-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on health system pharmacy experience, proven project management skills, and the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with pharmacy leadership. You will represent SpendMend Pharmacy in a professional manner, deliver exceptional service, and identify opportunities to expand our impact through additional offerings.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client onboarding, including kickoff calls and regular implementation meetings
  • Manage implementation tasks and integration timelines to ensure accountability and success
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and outcomes, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
  • Provide clear and consistent updates to clients, vendors, and internal teams (integration, development, product)
  • Conduct routine client check-ins post-implementation to maintain engagement and satisfaction
  • Partner with clients to identify enhancements, prioritize requests, and understand pharmacy workflows
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to optimize solutions based on client feedback
  • Perform software testing to validate responsiveness, functionality, and design integrity
  • Troubleshoot and report bugs or functionality issues, coordinating resolution with technical experts
  • Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell other SpendMend Pharmacy solutions

Desired Education And Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in health system pharmacy operations, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy automation, software, and operational solutions
  • Knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable engaging with pharmacists, technicians, and pharmacy leadership
  • Demonstrated success managing projects
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with healthcare EDI document types (preferred)
  • Understanding of Active Directory (preferred)
  • Experience collaborating with a software development team (preferred)

Evaluation And Process Improvement

  • Participate in annual performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance client experience and internal efficiency.

Job Location:

  • Remote office
  • Travel expected at least once per year for an onsite company meeting, with additional opportunities for onsite client meetings and industry conferences. Must be able to travel as needed to support client relationships and implementations
