About the role

Their technology embeds security, IT, and network controls directly into the everyday user experience, helping large organisations work securely without slowing teams down.

They’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to partner with strategic enterprise customers across North America, driving successful deployment, adoption, and long-term value 📈.

What you’ll be doing

• 🤝 Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers post-sale
• 🧭 Act as the primary point of contact across technical and executive stakeholders
• ⚙️ Drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success alongside Sales & Systems Engineering
• 📊 Lead regular check-ins and business reviews to measure impact and outcomes
• 💡 Identify expansion, upsell, and renewal opportunities
• 🛠️ Help shape and scale customer success processes as the business grows

What they’re looking for

• SaaS Customer Success / Account Management experience
• Exposure to cybersecurity, IT, or network security environments 🔐
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable in a high-touch, enterprise customer model
• Proactive, organised, and outcomes-focused
