You will lead complex commercial transactions focusing on blockchain/crypto matters. You must have deep crypto knowledge and strong technology transactions experience. M&A experience in the crypto space is a plus. We are open to staffing this role in our Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York offices.
