QLM Search is partnering with an International Ingredients Group with a VP/Head of Global Accounts vacancy. The business is a leader in providing world class ingredients solutions to major Food & Beverage Groups. They require a proven VP/Senior Global Account Director, with a focus on Europe initially (then the USA), that can create and drive the customer strategy to maximise sales growth and margin for one of their key customers globally.
Reporting the Global Sales Leader they require a VP/Senior Global Account Director and they value Commercial "GM" type mindsets and with this in mind, it is critical that the successful candidate, has a natural flare for P&L management and has an understanding of working and building relationship with complex food and beverage groups.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment, where they have the autonomy to build world class partnerships with their customer base. Furthermore, they will have built their career with a highly respected Ingredients & Flavours Group (no other sectors are being considered), where they honed their skills in key account management and leadership within the Food and beverage category.
