• Communicate Client needs with the Sourcing team to ensure we recruit the right people for their operations
• Smash your KPI's out of the park, we'll keep them attainable, we want you to succeed
• Spend your days out on the road - Go visit clients and our Field Employees and ensure they are happy and enjoying the assignment and our services.
• Conduct risk assessments for new clients before Field Employees commence assignment
• Oversee the Incident Management process and liaise with Clients, internal stakeholders, and Field Employees to ensure all incidents are reported, recorded, and investigated correctly
• Demonstrate and drive a genuine commitment to safety through our 'Teaming up for Zero' safety culture
• Help out with the less fun stuff - Data entry, compliance etc - I got bored typing it
