At Pedigri Technologies, we keep spare parts moving for some of the most respected names in Hi-Tech, MedTech and Industrial sectors. Wherever their engineers need a part across the Middle East and Africa, our team makes sure it gets there.
We're now looking for a bilingual (English & Arabic) Key Account Manager to join us in Dubai. A junior manager role with real ownership and plenty of room to grow.
- Be the day-to-day face of Pedigri for a group of global customers
- Monitor Import, Export and Last-Mile Delivery KPIs across MEA
- Coordinate with service partners, handle escalations, keep shipments on track
- Run weekly/monthly business reviews and close the loop on issues - calmly and clearly
- 3–5 years in service supply chain, spare parts, logistics or key account management
- Fluent English & Arabic (both essential)
- Sharp analytical thinking, clear communication, strong follow-through
- Experience across the Middle East & Africa is a big plus
- Direct exposure to leading global brands in Hi-Tech, MedTech and Industrial sectors
