Safety Engineer

Role: Customer Success Manager / CS Leader

Location: Remote (US - National)

Type: Direct Hire / Perm ($120K - $140K Base + Bonus)

Work You Will Do:

Own full-lifecycle onboarding, implementation, and client management for 10–25 key accounts across the construction ecosystem.

Walk the talk with GCs, subcontractors, PMs, and field safety personnel to drive deep platform adoption on active jobsites.

Translate direct field and client feedback into actionable software improvements by partnering with Product and Engineering teams.

Build out scalable Customer Success operational processes, SOPs, and metrics as the company expands its footprint.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess:

Deep understanding of jobsite workflows, including OSHA compliance, toolbox talks, safety inspections, and site documentation.

Authentic, down-to-earth communication style capable of connecting equally well with field crews and executive stakeholders.

An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, hands-on growth environment.

Strong organizational skills to manage enterprise data migrations, user training, and national time zone coverage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical industry experience.

3+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success OR a background as a Construction/Safety professional (Safety Manager, PM, Estimator) moving into Tech.

Proven track record managing customer onboarding, software implementation, and long-term account health.
