Role Description

As a Key Account Manager at SLM, you will own a portfolio of strategic trade contractor accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for how they use the SLM platform to manage their temporary workforce. You'll work cross-functionally with our workforce coordination, compliance, and product teams to ensure clients get full value from real-time tracking, credential monitoring, and labor-matching tools — and you'll partner directly with staffing suppliers to keep labor deployment running smoothly on active job sites. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Charlotte, NC or Nashville, TN

Qualifications

Strong experience in account management, with a track record of managing and growing key accounts in competitive, service-driven industries

Relevant experience in account management, client success, or a related client-facing role

Excellent customer service instincts, with the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong cross-functional teamwork

Willingness to travel to client job sites as needed

Experience in construction, labor management, staffing, or related industries is a plus
