Blue Harlan is partnering with a rapidly growing specialty mental health company dedicated to helping patients with Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD) access innovative, life-changing care.

We're looking for a smart, resilient, and compassionate professional who thrives in complexity. This isn't a high-volume call center role—it's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor, guiding patients through treatment decisions, insurance challenges, and the healthcare journey with confidence and empathy.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving difficult problems, building meaningful relationships, and staying calm when navigating ambiguity. Experience with medical insurance is a plus, but we're equally interested in professionals with backgrounds in consultative sales, business development, customer success, healthcare, or other relationship-driven roles who know how to earn trust and communicate with confidence.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare, patient advocacy, customer success, consultative sales, business development, or a similar relationship-focused role
• Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
• Confidence navigating complex situations and helping others do the same
• High emotional intelligence and a genuine desire to improve patients' lives
• Healthcare or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
