Marketing Account Manager

We work exclusively with wedding venues to generate high quality leads through marketing campaigns, nurturing those leads through the sales process using channels like ads, SEO, and email funnels.About This Role

We are looking for our very first Client Success Manager a rockstar communicator who will serve as the single point of contact for our clients. This is a foundational role that will shape how our client experience is delivered as we scale. You'll work directly with our SEO, Web Developers & Ads team to ensure clients are informed, supported, and excited about the results we're delivering. Over time, this role has strong potential to grow into a leadership position.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting client onboarding calls and ensuring clients are set up on all required platforms (Slack, CRM, etc.)
• Serving as the primary point of contact for all active clients, coordinating with internal SEO, Google Ads, and web development teams to keep projects on track
• Managing and prioritizing tasks in ClickUp and communicating proactively via Slack
• Sending milestone updates to clients (e.g., campaign launches, website completions, landing page deliveries)
• Scheduling and leading monthly strategy and reporting calls with clients
• Identifying upsell opportunities and presenting additional services to existing clients in a strategic, consultative way
• Ensuring no balls are dropped following up internally and externally to keep deliverables on schedule
• Creating and documenting SOPs to support future team growth and onboarding
• Recording client calls via Fathom or ClickUp's screen recorder for quality and accountability purposes

• A solutions-oriented mindset, able to de-escalate tension, save at-risk accounts, and turn problems into opportunities
• Openness to building and refining SOPs as the company grows
• Patience and flexibility, we're a young, evolving company and things change; rolling with it is key
• A good moral compass and professional language at all times, internally and on client calls

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing account management or client success role, preferably at a digital marketing agency
• Solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads/PPC, and website development, you don't need to execute these, but you must be able to report on them intelligently and answer client questions
• Experience with HighLevel (GoHighLevel) is a strong bonus; HubSpot experience is also accepted
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools
• Fluent English with clear, neutral, and professional communication (written and spoken)
• Based in Latin America, available during PST business hours
• Prior experience or interest in a leadership/training role is a plus, given the growth trajectory of this position
