What You’ll Do:
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met through proactive communication and strategic solutions. You’ll manage account health, oversee inventory and billing accuracy, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
Your Impact:
Your work will directly influence client satisfaction and retention by building strong partnerships and driving revenue growth. By optimizing storefronts, resolving escalations, and implementing process improvements, you’ll help clients achieve their goals while strengthening Benson’s reputation for reliability and excellence. Your leadership will foster a high-performing team that consistently meets KPIs and service level expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own client relationships and act as a strategic partner to drive engagement and growth.
- Lead internal and external meetings, business reviews, and proactive check-ins.
- Oversee inventory management, billing accuracy, and credit hold resolution.
- Coach and develop team members through performance reviews and ongoing feedback.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain accurate client records in EFI Pace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in client services, business development, or account management.
- 2+ years in people leadership.
- Multi-family industry experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
- Expertise in problem-solving and critical thinking under pressure.
- Proficiency with EFI Pace and Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
- Skilled in managing KPIs, SLEs, and operational workflows.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
