About the Role

The Client Success Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships that generate high-quality opportunities for the firm. This role focuses on two primary areas: cultivating advocacy from current and former clients and developing professional relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) such as financial advisors, CPAs, elder care professionals, and related service providers. • Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with financial advisors, Real Estate groups, CPAs, elder law attorneys, hospice organizations, senior living communities, geriatric care managers, and other complementary professionals.
  • Host and attend lunch-and-learns, educational events, and local networking activities.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for these external partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants and Intake to support the highest-converting moments
  • Provide regular pipeline and activity reporting to the Director of Business Development and leadership.
  • Ensure all activity remains fully compliant with Florida Bar rules (no fee-splitting, no paid referrals, no unauthorized practice of law).
  • Spend 10-20% of time in the field building and maintaining relationships.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in public relations, relationship development, community outreach, client advocacy, or professional network building.
