Job Description:

• Maintenance of machine and equipment databases, including the failure escalation process and mandatory data about, time of failure, failure description and impact, spare parts used, suppliers and lead time of spares, cost of spares, time used to repair machines
• Spare Parts Management, analyses of spare parts need based on spare parts delivery lead time
• Cost benefit analyses - spare parts costs (engaged capital) versus time for repair reduction, availability increasement and consequently sales increase
• Purchasing and storing, spare parts management
• Use collected data for reliability and availability calculations (preferred models - lognormal for mechanical equipment, exponential for electronic equipment)
• FMEA to analyze failure modes, causes and effects and prioritization for defining the future course of actions
• Failure rates analyze to identify beginning of were-out period, making proposals to retrofit or replace
• Maintenance Planning - definition of scope and planning of preventive maintenance
• External Service Providers management - selection of Service Providers for different machines and equipment, maintenance and repairs
• Diagnostic and Geometrical Control - diagnostic technique and geometrical control of machines
• Legally Binding Equipment Inspection maintenance personnel certification - planning and execution of legally binding inspections by authorities (Governmental Agencies, accredited Inspection bodies)

Required qualifications:

• Graduate engineers preferably mechatronics or mechanical or electrical engineering
• Knowledge of English in speech and writing
• Computer skills - advanced use of MS office
• Strong teamwork and communication skills (oral and written communication)
• Problem solving
• Ability to make decision
• Sense of urgency
• Lean, innovation
• Required knowledge of Croatian language
• CV must be submitted in English
• Candidates must have a valid right to work in Croatia
