🚀 We're Hiring: Founder's Office – Growth & CX Outcomes

Location: Chennai, On-site

Compensation: 15-20 LPA

Working Days: 5 Days a week

We're looking for a Founder's Office – Growth & CX Outcomes professional to work directly with the leadership team on high-impact initiatives that shape the customer journey and fuel business growth.

What you'll do:

• Own strategic initiatives across the pre-booking and post-booking customer journey.
• Identify customer drop-offs and build solutions to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Speak directly with customers, uncover insights, and translate them into product improvements.
• Improve supplier experience by solving operational bottlenecks with scalable solutions.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
• Leverage technology and automation to solve customer and operational challenges.
• Define success metrics, measure impact, and continuously optimize outcomes.

We're looking for someone with:

• 3–6 years of experience in Product, Growth, Customer Experience, Strategy, Founder's Office, Business Operations, or similar roles.
• A strong product mindset with the ability to solve business problems through technology.
• A track record of driving measurable customer, product, or growth outcomes.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership, bias for action, and an execution-first approach.
