Job Description

We are looking for an enterprising individual with very good communication skills for a Client Relationship Manager role to offer end to end Order Related Support for both domestic & international orders.

What you'll do

• Handle customer queries via phone/email (domestic + international)
• Support order-related coordination (status, shipping, updates)
• Maintain smooth client communication and follow-ups

Who we're looking for

• BBA/MBA preferred (or relevant experience)
• Min 6 to 12 months work experience is a must
• Very good English communication (must-have)
• Quick, professional, and responsive
• Bonus: Google Sheets (advanced formulas/macros)

Job Details

• Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 / month
