Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can independently manage customer-facing technology and SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through successful closure.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, stakeholder management, delivery governance, risk management, and coordinating cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned customer projects.
• Conduct project kickoffs and establish scope, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and governance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and delivery trackers.
• Coordinate with consultants, developers, solution engineers, migration teams, and other stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
• Conduct regular customer status meetings and internal project reviews.
• Ensure project documentation, MOMs, action items, and status reports are maintained accurately.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and establish mitigation plans.
• Manage UAT, training, go-live, hypercare, and project closure activities.
• Ensure customer expectations remain aligned with the agreed scope and deliverables.
• Escalate critical risks appropriately and drive them toward resolution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within SaaS, IT services, software implementation, consulting, or technology environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing projects.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing scope, timelines, risks, escalations, and change requests.
• Ability to coordinate technical and functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with ITSM, CRM, SaaS implementation, integrations, or migration projects would be an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, or similar certifications are an added advantage.
