As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the experience for your portfolio of customers. You will guide them through onboarding, help them unlock product value and ensure they see measurable impact from the solutions they use every day.
You will work across sales, product, accounting and support teams, building connections that drive outcomes. Here, you will influence how we deliver value at scale, strengthen long-term relationships and create growth for both our clients and our business.
In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end client journey, driving product adoption, retention and satisfaction. You will turn insights into action, strengthen partnerships and create long-term value, helping Global Payments deliver meaningful, lasting impact for every client you serve.
What You’ll Own
- Own relationships with your client portfolio, creating trusted partnerships that drive satisfaction, retention and long-term growth
- Lead onboarding experiences that set clients up for success, enabling faster adoption and stronger engagement from day one
- Translate customer goals into actionable strategies, identifying opportunities to expand product usage and increase value
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks, improving retention and strengthening client confidence
- Use data and insights to identify trends, guide decisions and continuously improve the customer experience
- Influence cross-functional outcomes by partnering with sales, product, accounting and support teams to align on client needs
- Advocate for your clients internally, ensuring their voice shapes product improvements and service delivery
- Drive measurable success outcomes, including satisfaction, retention and revenue growth across your portfolio
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management or a related client-facing role
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to create trust and influence outcomes
- Experience analyzing customer data and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Clear communication skills that enable you to engage clients and collaborate across teams
- Experience working with tools such as Salesforce (SF) or Oracle Fusion or similar customer relationship management platforms
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
