About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to manage strategic client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. This individual will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of services while identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Work Location: Princeton NJ - Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel: Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client business objectives and regulatory priorities.
- Coordinate with internal regulatory, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues.
- Prepare and present account reviews, status reports, and business updates.
- Track key account metrics and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
- Support contract renewals and collaborate with business development teams.
- Act as the voice of the client within the organization to ensure exceptional customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Customer Success, or similar client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and reporting tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, CRO, or Regulatory Services industry.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research, or Quality Management.
- MBA, MS, or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.
