Renewal Coordinator

The Renewal Coordinator is responsible for managing the renewal lifecycle for existing customers to support retention and recurring revenue objectives. This role partners with customers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure seamless renewal execution, maintain accurate customer and contract data, identify and mitigate renewal risks, and deliver a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned service renewals throughout the renewal lifecycle
- Create and maintain renewal opportunities, quotations, and customer records
- Collaborate with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to support renewal success
- Monitor renewal activity and prioritize work using company systems and reporting tools
- Maintain accurate customer, contract, and renewal information
- Respond to and coordinate renewal-related inquiries and requests
- Monitor incoming emails and execute relevant emails in a timely manner
- Generate and review reports to support renewal planning and forecasting
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate customer, process, and system issues as required
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of processes, systems, and operational practices
- Contribute to customer retention, operational efficiency, and team objectives
- Perform other duties as required
- Minimum 1 year experience in an inside sales or a client-focused role with direct responsibility for customer support, account management, data entry and order processing
- Secondary education or equivalent certification in a business-related field is an asset
- Experience working within a corporate CRM, CPQ and ERP application, preferably NetSuite
- Experience with working with customizable products
- Experience with small to mid size revenue account management
- Functional experience with data management tools e.g., MS Excel
- Proven ability to apply appropriate problem-solving techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining productivity
- Clear communication, both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills
