As Key Account Manager, you will build and sustain robust relationships with our most crucial merchants, ensuring exceptional operational performance and growth.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with existing key accounts, proactively identifying new business opportunities while ensuring key accounts meet strong operational KPIs- Own the partner’s P&L and be responsible for its profitability and growth.
- Ensure all campaign processes are in place and proactively work to improve overall monthly performance.
- Develop account plans to increase volumes and improve key accounts profitability.
- Respond to client queries, manage emails and calls, and resolve their challenges.
- Prepare and present monthly reports to all key accounts, providing consultancy about what can be improved and implemented for further growth.
- Renegotiate contract terms, including commission rates and campaign plans, with key accounts regularly, and negotiate and implement activities through marketing with the partners ( banners, communications, etc.)
- Proven experience in account management, business consultancy, business development, or similar roles with a focus on the restaurant industry.
- Ability to interpret and present data to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Proven track record of achieving critical metrics and revenue targets.
- Strong capability in leading & prioritizing tasks and projects, managing resources, and time efficiently. Highly organized.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with key accounts, using excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent communication & written skills in Romanian and communicative English.
