About WasteTracker:

WasteTracker is a fast-growing PropTech company helping commercial real estate owners and managers measure, manage and minimise waste.

Our waste intelligence platform combines smart hardware, software and expert support to help office buildings, shopping centres and mixed-use properties improve operational efficiency, optimize waste management costs, and achieve their sustainability goals.

Already operating across multiple European markets, we're now expanding our presence in Romania and are looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager to join our journey.

About the Role:

As our Customer Success Manager, you'll become the trusted partner for our Romanian clients, ensuring successful implementations, building long-term relationships, and helping customers turn waste data into meaningful business insights.

This is a highly client-facing role combining relationship management, on-site implementations, user training and data-driven customer support.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate WasteTracker implementations at client sites

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Support clients throughout onboarding and implementation

• Deliver user onboarding and training sessions

• Analyse client data and prepare reports with recommendations

• Help clients improve their operational and sustainability performance through data-driven insights

• Work closely with the Sales, Product and Customer Success teams

• Support the development of customer success stories and represent WasteTracker during client meetings and industry events

What We're Looking For:

• Professional proficiency in Romanian and English (spoken and written)

• 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in commercial real estate, property management, facility management, PropTech, or another client-facing B2B role

• Experience with office buildings or shopping centres is a strong advantage

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Analytical mindset and confidence working with data and reports

• Well-organised, proactive and eager to learn

• Passion for sustainability, technology and innovation

• Willingness to travel within Romania to meet clients
