Client Relationship Manager

Wingman Recruitment builds offshore teams exclusively for Australian recruitment agencies. We recruit dedicated Remote Professionals from the Phillipines who become part of our clients recruitment teams, handling tasks like sourcing, candidate management, administration and payroll/accounts support.

This is a client and relationship role. No BD, and no cold calls. Once a client joins Wingman Recruitment, you'll help take over and own that relationship for the life of the engagement.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients
• Understanding each client’s hiring needs, challenges, and expectations
• Guiding clients through the process of finding the right recruiter
• Building trust through regular communication and thoughtful follow up
• Identifying opportunities to add value within existing relationships
• Acting as a reliable point of contact between clients and recruiters
• Making sure clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the journey
• Helping turn good client relationships into long term partnerships

Who we're after:

• A recruiter or account manager who's organised enough to juggle several clients and candidates at once
• Someone who works calmly under pressure
• A strong communicator, comfortable leading calls with both clients and offshore recruiters
• Good judgement for sensitive conversations, the occasional replacement
