Engagement Manager

We're looking for an Engagement Manager to join the founding team at Arise AI in Bangkok.

You'll be the primary integrator between Arise AI and our enterprise clients — owning the relationship end-to-end from scoping and solution alignment through build and rollout. You'll be the link between our engineering and product teams and client stakeholders, keeping scope and expectations aligned and making sure the AI products we build deliver real business outcomes.

We build enterprise AI products for real-world deployment with some of Southeast Asia's largest companies across telecom, e-commerce, retail, fintech, and digital media.

Headquartered at True Digital Park in Bangkok and backed by the CP Group ecosystem, we're assembling a founding team to build and scale production AI products across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end client relationships, from initial scoping and solution alignment through build and rollout

• Lead cross-functional AI product implementation workstreams, defining problem statements, hypotheses, and structured workplans

• Define and track KPIs, ROI, and other relevant metrics to ensure highest business impact

• Translate technical AI capabilities into business value cases

• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across client, ops, IT, product, and data teams

• Develop CEO/board-ready materials and drive steering committee updates with clients

What We're Looking For

• ~10 years in Digital Transformation, AI, or management consulting with a technology focus

• Able to translate between business requirements and technical solutions

• Program management across complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts

• Excellent communication — able to present to and build trust with senior stakeholders

• Enterprise experience in telecom, e-commerce, retail, fintech, or digital media

• Understanding of AI and data platforms

• Fluent in English and Thai
