Are you a Customer Success or Onboarding professional ready to take ownership of the full customer journey? This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology business where you'll help build the customer function from the ground up.

As Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist, you'll own customer support, onboarding, retention and account growth across a growing portfolio of UK and Ireland customers. You'll also take ownership of HubSpot, building the processes, workflows and playbooks needed to scale the function.

What you'll own:

• Customer support and issue resolution
• End-to-end customer onboarding, from contract signed to venue live
• Complex tronc and tipping policy configurations
• Customer relationships, renewals and expansion
• HubSpot pipelines, workflows and processes
• Customer feedback and insights to inform product development
• Playbooks, documentation and processes to support future team growth

We're looking for someone with 2–4 years' experience in customer success, onboarding or account management. Experience in hospitality or fintech would be advantageous. You'll also have 1–4 years' HubSpot experience and be confident building flows and pipelines, not simply logging activity.

You'll be highly organised, a strong writer and communicator, and someone who takes initiative and fixes problems before being asked. This role will suit someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy and working in a fast-moving environment where they can have a genuine impact.

Based in or willing to relocate to Dublin or London, with hybrid working available.
