What would you do?
- Own the post-implementation relationship with Enterprise customers across the Italian market.
- Become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them maximize the value of Instaleap's platform.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic business discussions.
- Drive customer adoption, retention, and long-term growth.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while ensuring customer success.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Engineering to deliver the best customer experience.
- Advocate for customer needs internally and influence product improvements.
- Build strong executive relationships with C-Level leaders across major retail organizations.
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Enterprise Account Management, Consulting, or SaaS.
- Experience managing Enterprise or Strategic Accounts.
- Proven experience working with executive stakeholders (Director, VP, C-Level).
- Experience driving customer adoption, retention, and business growth.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Native or fluent Italian, professional English (C1+) and Spanish is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
- Customer-first mentality with a consultative approach.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to prioritize, execute, and create impact in ambiguous environments.
