We are searching for a Principal Customer Value Manager (m/f/d) to lead partnerships with multinational corporations, champion product adoption, and enable data-driven decision-making through the innovative Buynomics solution.
What you'll do:
- Customer Partnership Leadership: Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of multinational clients, acting as their primary contact and strategic advisor.
- Product Adoption & Success: Drive customer success with Buynomics by enabling the adoption of our solution and ensuring its value across their organization.
- Strategic Growth Opportunities: Plan and implement up-selling and cross-selling strategies to expand product usage across departments, users, and business units.
- Client Education: Conduct onboarding sessions, tool training workshops, and strategic sparring sessions, empowering clients with knowledge and best practices for revenue growth optimization.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the efforts of Customer Value Specialists, ensuring a seamless service experience for clients.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and deliver impactful product enhancements.
- Collaborative Initiatives: Partner with Solution Engineering, Sales, and other teams on data-driven and upsell-specific initiatives to further customer success.
- At least 5 years in revenue growth management (RGM), consulting or a similar high-performance environment.
- A customer-first mindset with a knack for solving complex challenges.
- Strong skills in project management, self-management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience with use of AI tools
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, with an affinity for quantitative data.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a passion for client engagement.
- A degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; another European language is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to make a difference from day one.
