Client Implementation Specialist | Costa Rica
Are you passionate about working with corporate clients and turning complex implementations into successful experiences?
We are looking to connect with experienced professionals in Bogotá who enjoy working directly with clients, managing onboarding and implementation projects, and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver a great customer experience.
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in Client Services, Customer Success, Implementation, or related roles
- Experience working with B2B/corporate clients
- Experience managing client onboarding and implementations
- Project Management experience
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with teams such as Sales, IT, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms is a plus
- Advanced English and Spanish at B2+level.
