The Digital Media Analytics Project Manager acts as the main bridge between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring smooth delivery of analytics projects related to media performance. This includes initiatives such as dashboard development, attribution frameworks, CAPI implementation, data integrations, and customer data platform (CDP) projects.
A Typical Day Will Include
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading discovery discussions to understand business objectives, reporting requirements, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Translate client needs into clear project briefs, define scope and priorities, and manage expectations around timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinate analytics workstreams, including dashboards, attribution projects, Conversion API (CAPI) implementations, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives.
- Manage project execution by tracking dependencies, risks, action items, and deliverables while ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned and informed.
- Partner closely with analytics, data engineering, media, and product teams to drive successful project delivery and maintain high-quality standards.
- Review dashboards, attribution outputs, presentations, and reporting materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, usability, and alignment with client expectations.
- Build strong client and internal relationships through proactive communication, regular status updates, performance summaries, and timely escalation of project risks when needed.
- Solid understanding of digital media channels, including social, search, display, video, and programmatic.
- 3–6 years of experience in digital media, marketing, media account management, or related fields.
- Experience with media analytics, reporting, attribution, and measurement initiatives; familiarity with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and BigQuery is a plus.
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including media, analytics, data, and product stakeholders.
- Proven stakeholder management, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities, with confidence in leading senior-level discussions and driving projects through to completion.
