Customer Support Specialist with German or French

For our international client, a well-established technology company, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with German or French to join a growing customer experience team.

In this position, you will play a key role in supporting German or French-speaking customers, helping them resolve product-related inquiries and ensuring an excellent customer journey from initial contact through final resolution.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver professional support to customers via phone, email, and online channels.
• Assist users with product-related questions and provide guidance on product usage.
• Investigate customer issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Manage and monitor customer cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders and external service providers when required.
• Maintain accurate information in internal systems and databases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and customer satisfaction.
• Build expertise in products, services, and customer support procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in German or French (C1 level or higher).
• Good command of English and Polish for communication within the international team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases effectively.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
