- Monday-Friday, NO weekends
- Position start time is flexible but no earlier than 8am (no late shifts required)
- 30-40 hours per week

Are you a natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a detail-oriented Order Support Specialist to join our Customer Relations team! In this role, you are responsible for resolving customer and order issues and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. You'll also have the opportunity to support our mail order processing, gaining hands-on experience across multiple facets of our operation.

What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support
- Review and resolve orders placed on hold due to missing information or processing issues
- Make outbound calls to proactively resolve order or account concerns
- Support our mail order process
- Spot potential issues (missing enclosures, problem orders, etc.) and troubleshoot before entry
- Validate scanned checks and ensure accuracy
- Catch and correct discrepancies with a sharp eye for detailide range of customer concerns via email, with a focus on fast, one-and-done solutions
- Meet department standards for productivity and quality
- Take on various projects and tasks as assigned, adapting as priorities shift
- Work independently and use sound judgment to make smart, timely decisions
- Enjoy the opportunity to cross-train in other Customer Relations functions based on business needs and your interests

What You Bring
- Excellent communication skills — this is a must!
- Microsoft Office skills are a nice bonus
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- A sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving instincts

- A collaborative spirit and love of teamwork

Required education, skills, abilities, and experience:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Must have good customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
