Executive – Sales & Customer Projects (Gujarat)

To support Gujarat sales by maintaining customer contact, coordinating samples and trials, and moving assigned projects towards approval and orders.

Key Accountabilities

a) Plan and complete customer visits for assigned accounts across Gujarat.

b) Follow up enquiries, samples, trials, quotations, forecasts and orders.

c) Maintain the customer project tracker with current status, next action, owner and due date.

d) Prepare clear visit reports and MOMs within 24 hours.

e) Coordinate approved actions with NPD, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial. f) Obtain customer feedback and written confirmation wherever possible.

g) Escalate delays, risks and decisions required to the reporting manager on time.

h) Do not commit price, credit, exclusivity, specifications, delivery or compensation without approval.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Food Science or a related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant B2B food, dairy, ice cream, beverage or ingredient experience.

• Strong customer communication, follow-up and documentation skills.

• Good Excel/CRM knowledge and basic commercial calculations.

• Fluent Gujarati and Hindi, workable English, and willing to travel across Gujarat.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• At least 90% of assigned actions completed or escalated by the agreed date.

• At least 95% of visit reports and project updates completed within 24 hours.

• All samples and trials tracked until customer feedback or a clear decision.

• Minimum two qualified project advancements in the first 90 days; monthly targets thereafter.

• Zero unauthorised commercial, technical or delivery commitments.
