Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Vadodara. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service, satisfaction, and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing orders, coordinating deliveries with operations teams, monitoring account activity, and addressing customer inquiries or issues promptly. The role involves preparing Invoices, GST Returns in support with consultant, Balance Sheet Finalisation with saturate auditor/CA, Payment follow up, Invoice as per schedule for recurring invoices, TDS return, ESIC and PF, Eway bill Preparation.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Solid organizational and time management capabilities, including handling multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
• Competence in basic financial and commercial concepts, such as pricing, margins, invoicing, and payment tracking.
• Proficiency in Tally.ERP with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets)
