The Role:

We're seeking an Intake Specialist for our Tyler office. This is a critical role handling inquiries from potential new clients for our personal injury practice.

You'll join a collaborative, highly experienced Intake Department — most team members have decades of experience in personal injury law, including former insurance adjusters and paralegals who've handled personal injury claims.

This position has a defined growth path: the long-term plan is for the right person to grow into a leadership role in our New Client Department.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch.

What You Will Do:



• Field inbound inquiries from potential new clients and gather the information attorneys need to evaluate a case
• Qualify leads against the firm's case criteria
• Guide callers through next steps with empathy and professionalism, often during a stressful moment in their lives
• Log and track inquiries accurately in the firm's intake system
• Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to hand off qualified cases smoothly

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a personal injury law firm strongly preferred
• Highly organized, proactive self-starter with exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Spanish-speaking ability preferred, not required
