工作內容：
- 電話協助客戶完成信用卡、信貸線上申辦流程，提升體驗與便利性。
- 回覆高貢獻度客戶的回電需求，提供專業解說並進行客戶關懷與挽留。
- 處理信用卡額度調整或帳務相關通知，確保正確與即時。
- 貢獻度低且主動來電取消卡片/貸款的客戶協助相關結清作業。
- 配合團隊任務，依公司政策執行客戶聯繫與跨部門協作事項，成為銀行數位服務推動的重要角色。
