Providing information to customers & non-customers regarding bank products and serviceProviding services to customers related to opening savings, cash deposits, customer transfers, savings accounts, etc.Carry out customer due diligence (identification and verification of customer data) in the context of implementing KYC.Handle and deal with customer-related complaintCarrying out cross selling banking product.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in any majorHave experience as CS in banking for at least 2 yearsAble to work in a team and individuallyHave good communication skills and like the service sectorAble to work under pressureWilling to be placed in the PIK Office.
