Logistics Officer - Call Center

We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Logistics Officer - Call Center, based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming call from customers or any related parties concerning or regarding logistical matters. Specifically, but not limited to, depot situations and Empty pick up / return.
• Attending to all logistical related emails from customers or all related parties. Specifically, but not limited to, depot situations and Empty pick up / return.
• Identify customers’ requirements, confirming any logistical related information, reviewing all logistic matters and providing solutions. Specifically, but not limited to, depot situations and Empty pick up / return.
• Coordinating with other MSC Logistics Department team to solve the issues.

With Equipment control / or EDI team for standard equipment

With MNR team for specific criteria / special equipment

• Recording all communications with customers and all related parties.
• Act as logistic department communication centre.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines from reputable university
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics sector
• Familiar with depot operational, shipping industry or logistics industry
• Good organization skills and data management
• Good English proficiency both verbal and written
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work under pressure
